The Reflexology Exchange

Warm, inspiring conversations with the people in your reflexology world. Host Meg Murray Jones chats with practitioners, educators, and the brilliant minds helping reflexologists build thriving practices. This is more than a podcast – it’s your community connection. A place where reflexologists can feel inspired, supported, and reminded that you’re part of something special.

Presented by the Association of Reflexologists, so pull up a chair, settle in, and let’s chat.

Meet Meg……

Reflexology was always my calling; my mum and great aunt were both reflexologists and their treatments enabled me to really tune into my body from a young age. After years of juggling reflexology alongside my jobs at MTV and as Head of Content at a PR agency I made reflexology and breath-work teacher my full time job in 2019.

In 2021 I launched Postpartum Plan, an online resource to support new parents with their emotional and physical recovery postpartum. Through this, I have been invited to speak on podcasts, at the Birth Trauma Inquiry in Westminster and at corporate events.

Now, I am bringing my past experience in content creation together with my passion for reflexology together to host The Reflexology Exchange. Through my work I have met the most amazing experts that I hope to bring onto the podcast to share their expertise with you.

You may have met me on one of my AOR accredited CPD courses or on Instagram @reflexologyhouse. If not, stay tuned for the podcast trailer and please do drop me a DM to say hi! This podcast is for you and because of you so I would love to hear your experiences so we can ensure we get the right guests, for series 1 and beyond!

Please remember to subscribe to the podcast when it arrives so you are the first to hear the latest episode when it lands.

See you soon! Meg
