Think about where you visualise your reflexology career taking you, if you want to have all the doors open to you, make sure you choose a regulated, university accredited or credit rated qualification.  

This is a hands-on therapy and so, you should look for a course which offers enough guided, face to face, hands on practice. Whilst you might be able to learn theory online as self-study, the hands-on practical element required tuition from an experienced reflexologist and tutor.
