This one-day, face-to-face course combines theory and practical techniques to deepen your understanding of all menopause stages and enhance your ability to support clients through this transition.
While any reflexologist can treat menopausal symptoms, working with informed intention significantly improves outcomes. By mastering the science behind endocrine and reproductive changes, you can transform a standard reflexology session into a targeted and focused treatment.
Learning Outcomes
Upon completion, you will:
• Understand the anatomy and physiology behind the symptoms that many women suffer with to create effective and bespoke treatment plans.
• Identify the physical and emotional impacts of perimenopause through to post-menopause.
• Explore the critical link between stress levels and menopause symptoms.
• Learn specialised reflexology techniques designed to support the physical and emotional elements of your client’s menopause journey
• Gain the confidence and expertise needed to attract and support new clients seeking menopause support through reflexology.

• A ‘Supporting Women Through Menopause with Reflexology’ theory booklet, packed full of information. This includes a bonus section on the impacts of menopause on ADHD and Autism
• A ‘Supporting Women Through Menopause with Reflexology’ practical technique booklet full of useful techniques and protocols to add to your reflexology tool kit.
Pre-Course Reading
To allow more time for practical techniques during the training day, this course includes approximately one hour of pre-course reading which will be sent to you on enrolment. This is a recap of the female endocrine and reproductive systems, stress and explores common menopause symptoms.
