Enhancing Treatment Outcomes :Weighted Tuning Forks in Reflexology

Back to courses

Enhancing Treatment Outcomes: Weighted Tuning Forks in Reflexology is a practical one-day CPD course for qualified reflexologists at Level 3 and Level 5, exploring the powerful integration of weighted tuning forks into reflexology practice.
Sound healing is one of the oldest therapeutic traditions in the world, and its evidence base is growing. Research has found that sound based therapies can support clients in reaching deep states of relaxation, with associated potential benefits for sleep quality, psychological wellbeing, heart rate reduction and altered perception of pain. This course places that science firmly within the holistic philosophy that already underpins your reflexology practice, treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.

Using four weighted tuning forks (Otto 32, Otto 64, Otto 128, and OM 136.10 Hz), you will learn to integrate sound into your existing reflexology sessions in a way that is safe, clinically grounded and deeply effective. The day covers the science of sound healing, the principles of harmony and dissonance, activation and application techniques, working with reflexes, appropriate acupressure points and chakra balancing through the foot reflex map.

All practical work is conducted within standard reflexology insurance coverage. No musical background is required.

Certification requires submission of a completed Treatment Log documenting 10 post-course practice treatments.
