This 2-day reflexology workshop provides 28 CPD points and is composed of the following segments which utilizes lecture, exercises, demonstration, and hands-on practice:
1. A No-Mind Approach to Wellness (principles for releasing negative or habitual thought patterns or practitioner’s preconceived ideas of who we think clients are in sessions)
2. How to provide a compassionate intake process with clients to support and sustain healthful and safe environments
3. Anatomy and physiology for specific brain structures that are affected by trauma and addiction (including reflex areas for the amygdala, hippocampus, hypothalamus, thalamus, pituitary, and grey matter)
4. Self-inquiry and reflection for practitioner perspective shifting
5. ‘Reflexology Guides’ (intuitive techniques and subtle rotations that enable client relaxation and support).
