Sally Earlam Reflexology – CPD Training with an Experienced and Supportive Tutor

Available as Online and Face-to-Face Training

Menopause is a journey every woman experiences differently — and as reflexologists, we have a real opportunity to support women through it with knowledge, skill and compassion. This course will help you do just that.

You’ll explore the research behind reflexology and menopause, understand the physiology of this life stage, and learn practical, focused techniques to ease common symptoms and support the body through change. We’ll also look at the lifestyle factors that make such a difference, as working holistically is key to improved wellbeing.

The online training is delivered through 19 pre-recorded modules and practical demonstration videos: you can learn in your own time, at your own pace. Once you’ve completed the theory and practised the techniques, we’ll meet on Zoom for a friendly tutorial to check your practical work and talk through any questions. You’ll have access to the course for 18 months, with ongoing support after you finish.

Prefer to learn face to face? Visit my website for upcoming training dates.
