Baby Reflexage – Baby Massage, Movement & Gentle Foot Techniques
Learn baby massage, supported baby movements and gentle opening techniques for the feet, alongside baby development, the importance of movement, recognising baby cues, consultations, precautions, contraindications and supporting parents and caregivers. You’ll receive a comprehensive training pack including a handbook, parent guides and charts, giving you everything you need to get started.
Baby Reflex – Foot Reflexology
Discover the principles of reflexology for babies and children, including the story and research behind Baby Reflex and its development by founder Jenny Lee. Learn techniques to work with babies and children and develop the skills to teach parents through group classes or one-to-one sessions. We explore creating personalised foot maps and adapting your approach to each baby and family — because there is no one-size-fits-all approach.
Toddler Reflex – Hand Reflexology
A fun, interactive course designed specifically for toddlers. Learn how to use hand reflexology alongside nursery rhymes, play and visualisations to engage this age group while understanding their developmental needs. The techniques can also be adapted for older children by replacing nursery rhymes with visualisations and meditations.
Together, these courses give you a flexible toolkit to support babies, toddlers and families, with practical resources to help you put your learning into practice. To support your training we also have our online Anatomy & Physiology modules for Babies & Toddlers. You can access and complete this in your own time.
