Gaia AromaReflex combines the therapeutic use of essential oils with reflexology to create a truly individualised treatment experience.
You will learn how to select and blend essential oils according to your client’s individual needs, creating a bespoke blend specifically for them. The blend is incorporated into your reflexology treatment, with your client taking the remainder home to use as directed, extending their personalised experience between treatments.
Course content includes:
• An introduction to essential oils, including their origins, properties, methods of use and essential safety considerations.
• Experiential study of 12 key essential oils, exploring their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual properties, together with specific safety considerations.
• Synergistic blending, including appropriate dilution rates, oil selection and creating bespoke blends tailored to your client’s treatment plan. Includes a live online practical.
• How to make a bespoke foot or hand cream/wax blend for use during reflexology treatments and at home. Includes a live online practical.
• Other ways to incorporate aromatherapy into your reflexology practice.
• How to market and promote your Gaia AromaReflex treatment to clients.
Before the course: Full details of the oils and materials required will be provided upon booking. A discounted essential oil kit is available from our recommended supplier.
You will receive ongoing support following training and, on successful completion, become eligible to use the Gaia “Trained by” logo, demonstrating your specialist training in Gaia AromaReflex. You also have the option of progressing to the Advanced AromaReflex training.
