Vertical Reflex Therapy (VRT) is a multi-award winning form of Reflexology from the originator, Lynne Booth, where the weight-bearing hands or feet are briefly worked via the dorsum. These brief protocols may be added to classical sessions with no increase in appointment time. Suitable for all ages and conditions, VRT can also be applied to the reclining and seated client as well as in the standing position. The accredited VRT Basic and Advanced Fast-track course is available as self-paced online training- 8 hours study time.
