We were very fortunate to be able to spend a morning with Morag Mckay of the Metamorphic Association. Morag gave an introduction to the Metamorphic Technique, including a demonstration. The training to become a Metamorphic practitioner is quite long and involved, so this video is ideal if you want to find out more about before committing to a course or just want to find out more about the Metamorphic Technique in general
