Helen has been practising reflexology for over 8 years and has taken additional courses and training to support women with their hormonal health and stress management.

She has taken the Seren fertility training with award-winning fertility reflexologist Barbara Scott and is qualified to treat individuals and couples who are trying to conceive. She is also qualified to treat pregnant women up to full term.

She works from her home-based treatment room in Shillington, near Hitchin, at Stevenage Chiropractic clinic in the old town, The Happy Body Project and also comes to your home in North Hertfordshire or Bedfordshire.

She is also a qualified health coach specialising in women's health.
