The calming and grounding effects that healing touch can bring about has always brought about a deep relaxation in me. From the first time I had a reflexology treatment I was hooked! I knew that it was something that I wanted to do for others. Not only did it give that wonderful relaxation - but also energy and vitality too.
Over the 25 years I have been practicing, I’ve been continuously amazed and in awe of the effects I have seen in my clients. So much so that reflexology is now my main therapy. As an aromatherapist I also custom blend essential oils to use in my treatments which can enhance the healing response as well.
