I qualified as a Reflexologist in 2004 and have since had wide experience of working with many different types of clients and their concerns.
I work at a local breast cancer charity one day each week offering treatments to sufferers as they progress through their journey.I also carry out home visits.

I have the ITEC in diet and nutrition, which I find complements my Reflexology treatments very well. Working with clients to better understand what constitutes a healthy diet, helping clients to lose and manage their weight successfully, and any other issues that may arise.
