Baby Reflex – Katie Gunn
Baby Reflex was established by our founder Jenny Lee. Jenny is a qualified physiotherapist and reflexologist with a passion for supporting children and infants through difficult times. It was her pilot research studies examining the effects of reflexology on childhood asthma that helped to pave the way for her creation of Baby Reflex in 2005, with Toddler Reflex following in 2010.
Katie Gunn took over from Jenny after her retirement in 2017. With a working background in L&D, she is passionate about learning. Wanting to support practitioners long after they have completed their course with us. Building a community of like-minded reflexologists is why Baby & Toddler Reflex has stood the test of time. With over 15 years of experience teaching, we are still continually evolving and remain committed to working hard to create a course that reflexologists love.
We run small group CPD training for reflexologists looking to increase their knowledge, confidence and understanding in using reflexology on infants, providing them with the tools to deliver baby and toddler reflexology classes to parents, using our specially designed Baby & Toddler Reflex techniques.
If you are unable to attend our face-to-face training, you’ll be pleased to hear we now offer 1-to-1 online training. Live, interactive sessions, with dates and times being mutually agreed between trainer and practitioner.
We have a team of Master Trainers with a wealth of experience who run our CPD training in the UK, and have been involved in the development of Baby Reflex from the start.

Finger Free ® Reflexology has been devised and created by David Wayte. He was concerned about the likelihood of Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI) to the fingers and hands, resulting in Reflexologists having to give up their therapy after developing strain injuries in their fingers. Thinking there must be an answer to this problem, David spent five years perfecting this new technique and now offers it to you. Whilst developing Finger Free® Reflexology, David found that his clients actually preferred it to classical Reflexology, and discovered that the healing reaction to the techniques was profound. Not only that, but the technique allows Reflexologists to use far less pressure, and yet at the same time, give a deeper treatment for the client. Finger Free® Reflexology is taught across the UK and internationally

With over 30 precision limbic brain reflex areas, we can now connect with those altered brain networks that underpin many of those complex disabling conditions that our clients present, including emotional disturbance, traumatic memory, pain, and chronic pain.

online foundation module, practical workshop and two submitted case studies.
The online course includes 20 video demonstration tutorials on the limbic reflex areas and the techniques for working those areas. It also includes modules on researching conditions, treatment planning and the use of outcome measures to measure the efficacy of your treatments. Thus, we will be able to demonstrate that our treatment is informed, focused, and evidence based.
Once enrolled in Limbic Reflexology Online, you will have access to other pages on the website. Here you will find all the documentation for your practice, and links to relevant articles for your research in your case studies. Assessment of the online module is by a graded quiz.
The workshop is predominantly practical. Here we finetune the techniques and locations of the reflex areas that you have learned and you will be assessed in your practice.

Visual Reflexology Study Workshop
Angela Telford Visual Reflexology – Angela Telford
When you look at a client’s feet do you know how to read what they are telling you?
The appearance of the feet gives us a road map to the client’s health both physical and emotional, and Visual Reflexology teaches you how to interpret this map from a holistic perspective.
Using your eyes to read the feet is as simple as using your fingers to touch them. We can all do it and this workshop gives you the confidence to trust what your eyes are telling you.
Learning to understand the significance of lines, colours, textures and marks found on the feet, the importance of their shape, and the alignment of their muscles and joints, will give you a wealth of additional knowledge in your practice.
You will also learn how to use Visual Reflexology to better understand and communicate with clients, how it complements palpation, how to use it for record keeping, and learn techniques based specifically on what you see on the feet.
