I have been practicing reflexology since 1995 and in 2005 I opened Cheshire Natural Health, a complementary medicine clinic offering a range of professional treatments, from 20 experienced therapists.

I specialise in helping people with Chronic Health problems, including Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia, to understand how and why they have become ill, and using a combination of support, therapies and self-help tools I help them to navigate their journey to a vibrant and fulfilling life.

I also provide coaching and mentoring support for therapists who are ready to take the next step in their professional career, opening or expanding their own clinic.
