Welcome to Sole Mamma Reflexology, I'm Kath, previously I was a nurse, midwife & integration aide/learning support within primary schools. I have 4 sisters and 2 children therefore I'm passionate about both women's health and children's emotional wellbeing.
I'm guided by a passion to provide professional, holistic and nurturing treatments and services to support your health and wellbeing needs.
The intention of my work is always to help you to "Align with your Heart" access deep relaxation to facilitate a shift from stress to more clarity and calm. So much more than a nice foot massage! 💫
