Hello. I am a fully qualified reflexologist specialising in women’s health. With reflexology I support women through all stages of their life, helping them to improve their emotional and physical well-being but I have a particular interest in the menopause and hormonal issues, stress & anxiety.
I work from a beautiful, calm treatment room at my home in Holt, between Chester and Wrexham. I am a Member of the Association of Reflexologists & the Federation of Holistic Therapists and am fully insured.

As well as reflexology I am also a qualified aromatherapist & Bowen Therapy Practitioner. I use aromatherapy in combination with my reflexology treatments to further enhance my clients’ experiences.
With Bowen Therapy I work with clients to achieve physical and emotional balance, relieving aches & pains & helping to manage other symptoms through realignment of the body.
