Hello, I'm Elizabeth Plant. I have been in practice since qualifying in 2010. Before moving back to Cheshire, England I was located near the West Sussex coast and worked from several venues there including at the Hamblin Trust and my little cottage kitchen.
As of August 2020 I am working at the Core Wellbeing clinic in Mobberley, near to Knutsford, Cheshire with reflexology, massage and coaching.
Regular reflexology sessions are a great way towards being proactive about your own health and wellbeing alongside conventional medical care. They help you to restore your balance and reduce stress levels so you can feel more calm and relaxed.

I use a heart-centred approach, guiding you to take good care of yourself. I draw on my skills and knowledge from remedial bodywork, aromatherapy and utilise relaxation techniques too. I help people living with pain-related conditions and those experiencing stress and anxious feelings to manage these and feel more comfy living their lives.
