I have been involved in caring and supporting roles for over 30 years. Supporting a diverse range of people during extremely difficult times in their lives.
Initially practising Reiki since 2002 then at Master level since 2005.
I witnessed the benefits of therapeutic touch for others while working within an inpatient environment on a hospital ward supporting people to calm and relax through basic foot massage.
Due to this and many other personal experiences I ventured into holistic training and now hold a Centralia Mastership in Reflexology at Level 5 - which is the highest level of Reflexology training available in the UK.
