I discovered this wonderful, healing therapy fifteen years ago.
I trained at The London School of Reflexology at Regents College in London. I was taught by the inspirational Louise Keet, who is regarded as one of the leading reflexology practitioners in the UK. I am a Member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR) www.aor.org.uk. I hold an ABC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology and I am also registered with the CNHC. I have studied advanced Reflexology techniques with Tony Porter, Jan Richardson, Mauricio Kruchik, and several others who are experts in their fields. I have a dedicated and beautiful healing space at my home on the Caldecott Hall Estate and Country Park nr Fritton.

I am also a Practitioner Hypnotherapist (registered with the GHC), specialising in anxiety/ helping improve confidence and self-esteem/ weight management and healthy lifestyle and the management of chronic pain.
In addition I am a Shinpiden Reiki Master/Teacher and currently also a Student Healer with the world- renowned Harry Edwards Healing College nr Guildford. I will finish my training next year.
