I discovered this wonderful, healing therapy fifteen years ago.

I trained at The London School of Reflexology at Regents College in London. I was taught by the inspirational Louise Keet, who is regarded as one of the leading reflexology practitioners in the UK. I am a Member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR). I have continued my professional development and also trained with Tony Porter, Lynne Booth, Mauricio Kruchik, Jan Williamson, Touchpoint Denmark and many others. I attended the UK Reflexology Conference hosted by Sue Ricks in 2019 and in 2023 I was lucky enough to participate in a Reflexologists Retreat in Malaga in April 2023 with the wonderful Lynne Booth.
