Doreen Baker - Chief Executive
Doreen has a wealth of experience working with membership organisations spanning over thirty years and is passionate about the AoR and its members. As a Chartered Marketer, Doreen and the AoR staff team have focused on enhancing the services to members and the Public. The Chief Executive has developed a Corporate Plan detailing the AoR’s vision, values and objectives over the next three years.
Vicci Mackenzie - Membership Services and Support Manager
I have been with the AoR since June 2003 and have seen many changes in the last five years. I come from a strong customer service background having worked in the beauty therapy industry for several years and then working for an International hotel booking agency. I am also trained in holistic massage, reiki, aromatherapy, hopi ear candling, lymphatic drainage massage, EFT and of course reflexology.
Tracey Smith - Research and development Manager
I am the Research and Development person for the AoR. This is a part time position and in the remainder of my time I am a practising therapist. I have been a qualified reflexologist for 11 years and so I am also the person at the end of the members advice line. My hobbies are gardening and reading.
Favourite therapies: Reflexology and Cranial sacral osteopathy, we keeps me mobile after all the time spent sitting giving reflexology or at my computer
Jo Greenslade- Membership Services and Support Administrator
I joined the AoR in July 2004 while I completed my NVQ level 2 in Business Administration. I work full time within the Membership, Sales and Seminars section and I have recently taken over the administration of Area Groups. I am currently studying for my NVQ level 3 in Management.
I enjoy socialising with friends and retail therapy!!

Laura Occleston - Customer Services Adminstrator
Rosemary Cole - Financial Administrator My role is part time role and I have been employed by the AoR since July 2007. My background is in accounting and I am a qualified accounting technician. I worked for a major oil company for many years and since then have worked for charity and not-for-profit membership organisations.
Hobbies - I enjoy walking and cycling with my husband, familly and friends both in the UK and abroad.
Favourite therapy - I am reflexologist and love reflexology!
Jill Osborne - Professional Development Administrator
I am the 2nd newest member of the AoR team and have been made very welcome by all the staff. For many years I have had an active interest in a variety of therapies and am lucky enough to have a 19 year old daughter who is a newly qualified Beauty Therapist who is now planning to study Reflexology and Aromatherapy, which happen to be my favourites. I also have an 18 year old son studying Sports & Fitness Coaching, so have a very active life! I am originally from Yorkshire but lived in London for many years but moved to Taunton 5 years ago with my husband and children and now feel that the South West is my spiritual home.
