My name is Helen Begbie and I am a fully qualified reflexologist. I hold a VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology (QCF) which I acquired at York School of Holistic Therapies.
I first experienced reflexology for myself some years ago and found it to be so deeply relaxing and nurturing that I undertook a taster training course which soon led me on to the Diploma. My belief in the therapeutic benefits of Reflexology has continued to grow and I just want to share its wonderful benefits with others. I now work from home in my relaxing treatment room and will travel locally where necessary.
