I have been with the AoR since June 2003 and have seen many changes in the last five years. I come from a strong customer service background having worked in the beauty therapy industry for several years and then working for an International hotel booking agency. I am also trained in holistic massage, reiki, aromatherapy, hopi ear candling, lymphatic drainage massage, EFT and of course reflexology. I enjoy walking my chocolate Labrador Coco in the countryside with my husband and family. I also love reading and cooking for family and friends.
Favourite therapies: Reflexology and massage especially hot stone !!

I am the Research and Development Manager for the AoR. This is a part time position and in the remainder of my time I am a practising therapist. Laura Occleston - Customer Services Adminstrator I have now been at the AoR for nearly two years, and enjoyed every second of it! I've learnt loads in this time and have come to love the AoR and our members as more than just a job. As you may have guessed, I've taken more of a role with your magazine Reflexions, which I love working on and I look forward to many more years working in the AoR office with my colleagues and the members of the AoR...
In my spare time, I like reading history novels by the fire with my boyfriend, doting on my guinea pigs, card making and trying to save a lovely old church in the local area which is falling apart.
