Carolyn Story - Chief Executive
I joined the AoR in December 2009 as the Chief Executive, initially in an interim role, which was then made permanent, I have a wide range of experience in different sectors within the UK and abroad, and I'm thoroughly enjoying working with members of the AoR.
Favourite pastimes include walking on the local cliffs, cooking for friends & family , and reading - together with doing up an old house, and growing unusual plants and vegetables.
Favourite therapy is Reflexology.
Diana Lewis - Membership & Events Administrator
Being NVQ2 qualified, one of my main interests outside of work is hairdressing, I am also interested in nail art, shopping and socialising with friends and family.
Favourite Therapies: Reflexology and Indian Head Massage
Jane McCann - Finance Administrator
I joined the AoR in February 2010 as a part time Finance Administrator and I am thoroughly enjoying my role. I have recently increased my hours to work on new projects within the finance department and look forward to help improve systems currently in place.
My hobbies include spending time with my teenage son, swimming, reading and DIY in the home.

Jo Greenslade - Membership Assistant Manager
I joined the AoR in July 2004 while I completed my NVQ level 2 in Business Administration. I work full time within the Membership, Sales and Seminars section and I have recently taken over the administration of Area Groups. I am currently studying for my NVQ level 3 in Management.
I enjoy socialising with friends and retail therapy!!

Laura Occleston - Customer Services Adminstrator and Reflexions Editor
I have been at the AoR since October 2008, and enjoyed every second of it! I've learnt loads in this time and have come to love the AoR and our members as more than just a job. As you may have guessed, I've taken more of a role with your magazine Reflexions, which I love working on and I look forward to many more years working in the AoR office with my colleagues and the members of the AoR...
In my spare time, I like reading history novels by the fire with my boyfriend, doting on my guinea pigs, card making and trying to save a lovely old church in the local area which is falling apart.

Lauren Griffiths - Junior Administrator
I am the newest member of the AoR team as I’ve recently returned from my travels around the world. I am currently studying for my NVQ3 in Business Administration.
My hobbies include playing sport my specialty is netball, teaching my 5 year old German Shepherd/Border Collie tricks and agility and socializing with my friends and family.
Favourite therapy: Reflexology and retail!
Rosemary Cole - Finance Administrator
My background is in accounting and I have worked in the oil industry, for registered charities and not-for-profit organisations. I started with AoR in 2004 as Honorary Treasurer and later became a part-time Finance Administrator.
In my spare time I enjoy walking and cycling in the countryside, with my family and friends.
As a practising reflexologist, my favourite therapy has to be reflexology!
Tracey Smith - Reflexology Support Manager
I am the Research and Development Manager for the AoR. This is a part time position and in the remainder of my time I am a practising therapist. I have been a qualified reflexologist for 11 years and so I am also the person at the end of the members' advice line. My hobbies are gardening and reading.
Favourite therapies: Reflexology and Cranial sacral osteopathy, which keeps me mobile after all the time spent sitting giving reflexology or at my computer.
Vicci Mackenzie - Membership Services and Support Manager
I have been with the AoR since June 2003 and have seen many changes in the last five years. I come from a strong customer service background having worked in the beauty therapy industry for several years and then working for an International hotel booking agency. I am also trained in holistic massage, reiki, aromatherapy, hopi ear candling, lymphatic drainage massage, EFT and of course reflexology.
I enjoy walking my chocolate Labrador Coco in the countryside with my husband and family. I also love reading and cooking for family and friends.
