The largest and most respected of all Reflexology organisations in the UK today, with in excess of 8,000 members and nearly 100 training outlets. The Association of Reflexologists represents integrity and vision and is renowned for the high quality of training, membership services and research services it delivers on behalf of its members.

The requirements for becoming an AoR centre
Full tutors
Full tutors need to have at least 5 years practicing experience since qualifying, be full members of the AoR, and have an appropriate teaching qualification. Full tutors can teach any or all parts of the course.
Assistant Tutors
Assistant Tutors need to have at least 3 years practicing since qualifying, be full members of the AoR and have an appropriate teaching qualification. Assistant tutors can teach all non-reflexology parts of the course plus up to 25% of the reflexology part of a course. Assistant tutors work under the supervision of a full tutor.
A&P or Business Tutors
Specialist tutors need to have a teaching qualification and be able to demonstrate that they have the qualifications, training or skills to deliver specific non-reflexology parts of the course.
Complete the accreditation process
The accreditation process involves assessing the ability of the organisation and individuals to provide high quality training within an appropriate learning environment and with suitable facilities and resources. These requirements may well not all be in place when a poteintial centre contactacts us , however the professional development team will support applicants with meeting our requirements.
